For the last four years, I have had the privilege and honor of serving as the 8^th District Chairman for the Republican Party of Virginia. It has been a tremendous experience. Together, we have enjoyed extraordinary success, highlighted by the 2009 statewide sweep that brought Gov. McDonnell, Lt. Gov. Bolling, and Attorney General Cuccinelli to office.

Nevertheless, perhaps the biggest elections are yet to come – the 2012 elections for President, Senate, and Congress. I want to continue to build on the success and the foundation we have developed over the last four years to ensure victory for all of our 2012 candidates. Therefore, I am running for reelection as 8^th District Chairman.  I would honored and grateful to have your support.

The next two years will be some of the most critical the GOP has faced in a generation with the presidential, Senate, and congressional races in 2012. We need someone with the experience, energy, tenacity, and can-do attitude to maximize success in the 8^th District. I have that energy and experience, and for the last four years, together we have achieved an enormous amount.  We have raised unprecedented amounts of money. We have created an Internet and new media presence for the 8^th District GOP, and gained significant free media for our candidates.  We have used new technologies like tele-town halls to reach voters.  And we have provided financial and logistical support for all of our candidates for local, state, and federal office, as well as the local county and city committees.

I want to expand on what we’ve done, and prepare for success in 2012. We have a great head start, having laid a strong foundation over the last four years, and I have the experience to see this effort forward to completion with victories in all of the 2012 races.
